  • Grow in market demand for the Apple ecosystem and expand Apple's business and focus within channel partner sales teams.
  • Create and implement account plans to achieve/overachieve quarterly business objectives and key initiatives across different routes to markets for the account.
  • Identify demand generation/promotional opportunities to optimize sales performance, negotiate commercial arrangements, and drive execution against the agreed plan.
  • Build and maintain channel structures that provide partners with a phenomenal customer experience and sustainable profitability.
  • Ensure optimal channel performance through ongoing sales data analysis to understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and maintain an effective sales partnership.
  • Work with retailers to develop and deliver value-added services that complement the sales plan and help add to the customer experience.
  • Drive channel programs to ensure excellent customer experience and partner consideration.
  • Ensure compliance with the Apple retailer agreements.
  • Build and maintain broad relationships with retailer partners, developing a strong understanding and alignment with their respective focus areas, value drivers, and strategic priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to ensure the competitive positioning of Apple Products in all market offers.

  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience setting up, growing, and leading retailers in emerging markets, driving conversion and in-market demand.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications, IT & mobile device markets and ecosystems.
  • Strong insights and knowledge on Vietnam market from a multi-dimensional view with deep appreciation for the market opportunities and challenges
  • In-depth understanding of retail business models, history, economics, and underlying value drivers, with proven commercial savvy and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to balance delivering on short-term goals while creating sustainable value for customers and partners and demand for the future.
  • Extensive experience building and managing relationships with large and sophisticated organizations.
  • Clear ability to influence others and navigate diverse and demanding customer groups.
  • Confident and eloquent communicator. Able to present insights and proposals and engagingly drive conclusions.
  • Capable of working autonomously yet building, developing, and harnessing strong internal and external networks.
  • Ability and drive to encourage cross-functional teams to programmatic delivery excellence.
  • Experienced in delivering successful outcomes through using internal and external collaboration.
