Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager / Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration of insolvency cases, ensuring legal compliance, and leading a team of professionals. You will work to prepare comprehensive financial reviews of company's operations, attend legal proceedings, engage in judicial management, support insolvency processes as well as advise clients on corporate risk management issues.

- Deep understanding of insolvency laws, bankruptcy procedures, and creditors rights
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and financial statements
- Proficiency in financial analysis and accounting principles
- Familiarity with liquidation, administration, and receivership processes
- Strong grasp of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyse financial data and identify inconsistencies
- Problem-solving skills to navigate complex and sensitive cases
- Strategic thinking to balance stakeholder interests
- Skilled in managing multiple insolvency cases simultaneously
- Ability to lead and mentor junior/senior staffs

- Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
- Staying updated with changes in insolvency law and financial practices
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in finance with law or related degree
- Master’s degree or Professional qualification (ACCA or ICAEW)
- Minimum 7 years of work experience
- Proven capabilities in problem solving, creativity, negotiation and decision making
- High level of technical competence in conducting financial analysis
- Ability to prepare high quality written communication and reports
- Experience on complex restructuring engagements
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statement analysis
- Effective time management, especially under tight deadline pressures
- Superior analytical skills
- Demonstrated project and people management skills
- An energetic attitude towards successful project completion
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
