Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Project initiation and scoping, including defining plans and setting and managing realistic expectations for successful delivery with project stakeholder. Liaise with various members of the Investment Guidelines team, Investment Guidelines Engineering team, and Investment Professionals to help develop and provide technical requirements related to a vast inventory of technology, data, and process refinement initiatives. Work with business units to assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies. Design, develop and maintain a project’s reporting dashboard, and communicate with key stakeholders on progress of the project. Drive and track completion of detailed analysis efforts related to guidelines coding, data sourcing and risk mitigation. Leverage Agile, Scrum methodologies and work with technology to test and implement new processes, data flows or functionality. Gather data, perform analyses, and document results using tools like Alteryx or Tableau.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Management, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: utilizing Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools; tracking project progress, identifying dependencies, managing risks and issues within Microsoft Project; working on large and complex datasets, including data cleaning, transformation and analysis using Structured Query Language (SQL); using data visualization and reporting tools including at least one of the following: Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI; and working on Data Security, System Architecture and associated Software Development Life Cycle skills.

Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $81,000 - $135,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
