The Role
You will also partner closely with product designers and cross-functional peers working across our various product teams to deliver a delightful, engaging, and highly relevant messaging experience for our Netflix members.

  • You communicate productively with visual thinkers and are comfortable presenting and advocating for your point of view in a candid, feedback-driven culture.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant Content Design experience: UX writing, content design/content strategy, design systems, technical writing, taxonomy, and IA.
  • Experience synthesizing business requirements and user needs into actionable plans and design solutions.
  • Experience working on consumer messaging systems and platforms - such as CRM systems or platform tools, building content frameworks and templates, specializing in working on global brands/experiences.
  • Ability to think critically about user journeys and content flows, and to connect the dots between them.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and traverse altitudes from strategic visioning to tactical execution.
  • Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know when to break the rules.
  • Highly collaborative, organized and self-directed, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team.
This full-time, salaried position reports to the Member XD Content Design Manager.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000-$515,000.
