You will report directly to the Southern Regional Sales Leader and you'll work either remotely or from our designated location in Rome. In this role, you will have a significant impact on driving sales and customer satisfaction by leveraging your deep technical knowledge and expertise to provide tailored solutions to our customers' needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct pre-sales facilitation, insight customer requirements, and providing product presentations and solutions.
Facilitate project execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful implementation of our solutions.
Develop advanced customer applications, designing / programing custom solutions to meet specific requirements.
Complement our sales representatives with deep technical knowledge, assisting with pre-sales activities, product selection, and job execution.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the field of industrial automation and/or Building automation.
Strong knowledge and expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CodeSys
Fluency in English
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
Ability to comprehend customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in conducting technical training sessions.
