Description
• Interface and work closely with internal teams in Supply Demand Planning and Retail to ensure best Online Store ship quotes possible
• Partner with Supply Demand Planning teams to lead forecast and supply strategy discussions with Retail Sales and Finance
• Review and synthesize demand, supply, and fulfillment information to provide leadership with a holistic view of key contributors to business performance and areas of opportunity
• Develop a deep understanding of the planning and quote management process to drive efficiency and best customer experience possible
• Lead for Adhoc analysis on consumer insights and Quote management support• Achieve and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the online customer experience, and drive opportunities to improve fulfillment experience and communications throughout the process
• Core team member of the Online Order Process and Fulfillment Supply Chain
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, frame, prioritize, and answer business questions where analytics can be most impactful
• Conceptualize and work with cross functional teams to create scalability tools to increase accuracy and efficiency
Key Qualifications
- Experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management is needed.
- Knowledge of premier supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy.
- Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiating in a matrix organization including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and executives.
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of expertise in working with numbers.
- Proven experience leading and adapting approaches in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment.
- High proficiency in Excel and aptitude to learn technical applications quickly.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Masters Degree in a related field is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500 and $205,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
