Job Description

Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.

The role will include yet is not limited to the following activities:

:

  • Be an active member of the respective Leadership team and collaborate with the internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Deliver HR solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the assigned client groups, building strong relationships and understanding their HR needs.

  • Consult with leaders on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

  • Collaborate with client groups and leadership team to ensure effective integration of HR strategies into business operations.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance and support to people managers in the assigned stakeholder group in managing complex employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.

  • ·Support the development of succession plans and talent pipelines.

  • Collaborate with broader HRBP team to develop programs that promote employee well-being and work-life balance as well as foster a positive work culture, and support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the assigned area.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 1.5-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Sound knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to provide insights and enable data-driven decision-making process.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German fluency is a plus.
