Job Summary
What you will do:
In this role, you will expand Red Hat’s revenues and the adoption of our hybrid cloud technologies across your territory via the ecosystem
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and expertise on the implementation and utilization of Red Hat technologies to meet their clients' needs.
You will be expected to meet bookings and revenue goals by driving new pipeline, accelerating customer adoption of our technologies and cross-selling new solution with partners
Accountable for understanding and communicating partner deal status to ensure forecast accuracy
You will work closely with the sales organizations of our ecosystem to drive sales plays and campaigns.
You are an integral part of Red Hat’s sales organization to identify and integrate partners into account plans and joint activities.
Ability to articulate the value of Red Hat solutions, Red Hat’s differentiation to partner sales counterparts
What you will bring:
You have a track record of working with partners and a reputation for seeking mutual success with partners.
For this role, you should have a technical as well as sales background and have worked in a similar position in the IT industry for at least 5 years
Solid understanding of industry trends such as cloud, AI or edge to establish credibility at the business level and articulate the benefits of working with Red Hat as a strategic Open Hybrid Cloud Partner
Strong understanding of partner ecosystem and how to sell together with channel partners
Fluency in French, English is a must. German is a plus
Excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
