Job Summary

What you will do:

  • In this role, you will expand Red Hat’s revenues and the adoption of our hybrid cloud technologies across your territory via the ecosystem

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and expertise on the implementation and utilization of Red Hat technologies to meet their clients' needs.

  • You will be expected to meet bookings and revenue goals by driving new pipeline, accelerating customer adoption of our technologies and cross-selling new solution with partners

  • Accountable for understanding and communicating partner deal status to ensure forecast accuracy

  • You will work closely with the sales organizations of our ecosystem to drive sales plays and campaigns.

  • You are an integral part of Red Hat’s sales organization to identify and integrate partners into account plans and joint activities.

  • Ability to articulate the value of Red Hat solutions, Red Hat’s differentiation to partner sales counterparts

What you will bring:

  • You have a track record of working with partners and a reputation for seeking mutual success with partners.

  • For this role, you should have a technical as well as sales background and have worked in a similar position in the IT industry for at least 5 years

  • Solid understanding of industry trends such as cloud, AI or edge to establish credibility at the business level and articulate the benefits of working with Red Hat as a strategic Open Hybrid Cloud Partner

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystem and how to sell together with channel partners

  • Fluency in French, English is a must. German is a plus

  • Excellent leadership & communication skills, with ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
