GNQ District Sales Leader
Your role:
You are responsible for
- To prepare sales budget to drive the execution of business strategy, AR, EES and focus and deliver result, including order intake, sales, travel & expense, market share.
- To provide the market information, competitor information, prepare the funnel, rolling prospect, monthly & quarterly forecast to management.
- To co-ordinate with marketing team to implement the necessary promotional activities, build a good brand image, maximize the customer satisfaction.
- To maximize the market shares by effectively implementing the business plans both on product and price matrix.
- To ensure adequate control of operation expenses, cost of organization and any other costs. Especially manage controllable selling expenses to ensure cost of operation is below budget plan.
- To manage, coach and develop local sales team through human resources management.
- Assist in formulation and implementation of short and long term business strategy in the area.
- Other tasks assigned by team & company.
You're the right fit if:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 8 years of related experience in sales management; or a Master’s degree with > 6 years of related experience in sales management.
- Medical devices sales management experience as a great plus
- No less than 3 years’ Leadership experience
