Your role:

You are responsible for

  • To prepare sales budget to drive the execution of business strategy, AR, EES and focus and deliver result, including order intake, sales, travel & expense, market share.
  • To provide the market information, competitor information, prepare the funnel, rolling prospect, monthly & quarterly forecast to management.
  • To co-ordinate with marketing team to implement the necessary promotional activities, build a good brand image, maximize the customer satisfaction.
  • To maximize the market shares by effectively implementing the business plans both on product and price matrix.
  • To ensure adequate control of operation expenses, cost of organization and any other costs. Especially manage controllable selling expenses to ensure cost of operation is below budget plan.
  • To manage, coach and develop local sales team through human resources management.
  • Assist in formulation and implementation of short and long term business strategy in the area.
  • Other tasks assigned by team & company.

You're the right fit if:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 8 years of related experience in sales management; or a Master’s degree with > 6 years of related experience in sales management.
  • Medical devices sales management experience as a great plus
  • No less than 3 years’ Leadership experience
