What you'll be doing - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (VPs, Directors), guiding people management practices, legal compliance, and employee engagement.
- Maintain expertise in Israel's employment law and ensure local and regional compliance across supported locations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR processes, policies, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with regional compliance leaders to address sensitive and confidential issues and drive compliance efforts.
- Participate in global HR initiatives and projects, offering insights and thought leadership to guide decision-making.
What we're looking for - Proficiency in Israel's employment law, with the ability to make informed decisions on procedural matters and handle sensitive/confidential issues.
- Demonstrated experience in an HR advisory role, working closely with managers, senior managers, and directors on legal compliance, employee engagement, and critical initiatives.
- Strong mentorship, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to drive initiatives autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment and familiarity with US employment law.
