Your impact

People are Jacobs’ greatest asset, and we offer a competitive package to retain and attract the best talent. In addition to the benefits you’d expect, UK employees also receive free single medical cover and digital GP service, family-friendly benefits such as enhanced parental leave pay and free membership of employee assistance and parental programmes, plus reimbursement towards relevant professional development and memberships. We also give back to our communities through our Collectively program which incorporates matched-funding, paid volunteering time and charitable donations.

These are exciting times to be involved in the water sector with major programmes of work to be delivered across the water and wastewater asset base in the years ahead. The water industry is facing some of the greatest challenges and change required since privatisation to deliver enhanced customer and environmental outcomes and wider socio-economic benefits.

We are working with partners to help shape the future of asset management, investment planning and delivery. We provide end-to-end technical and asset planning support to help deliver best customer value, manage risk and meet affordability requirements.

There are opportunities to support the delivery of programmes and projects at various stages in the project lifecycle. Our water projects have sustainability at their core and are outcome driven to protect the environment, reduce flood risk, improve water supplies and add value to our local communities.
