This person will partner with (1) the Product Teams to drive high quality product delivery, (2) the QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team to synchronize virtual and physical tests, and (3) the internal Customers (Operations, Maintenance, Process, Ops Engineering, etc.) to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements.Key job responsibilities:
• Develops, implements, simulations and HIL to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software
• Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls and materials development teams.
• Coordinates simulations and testing processes.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
