Responsibilities:
  • Support / Execute QATV team in enhancing and employing an "audit-style" approach to test Citi’s compliance with the U.S. Regulations
  • Develop testing strategy (e.g., scoping consideration, test scripts, workpaper) for in-scope regulations conformance review.
  • Leverage prior regulatory rules (e.g., Liquidity Regulation, the Capital plan Rule) knowledge to provide oversight/review of test execution(s) (e.g., sampling coverage, test scripts execution, variance analysis).
  • Identify and escalate outstanding risk/concerns identified from testing.
  • Develop test results summary (e.g., results metrics, results report) and socialize with QATV team members and stakeholders (e.g., report owners)
  • Produce presentations and gather data for use in Senior Management Level request such as: Executive Committees, Finance leadership, Regulatory Exams, and IA.
  • Ability to interact with individuals across Citi at all levels, businesses, and locations, providing a broad understanding of the organization while building relationships throughout Citi
  • Partner to drive technology updates for Business improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance process governance, controls and documentation; work with independent review and challenge partners
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced Degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in financial services preferred.
  • Experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus.
  • Expertise on Liquidity regulations, the Capital Plan Rule, Enhanced Prudential Standards and industry standards.
  • Experience in daily/monthly/quarterly submission of regulatory reports (e.g., FR 2052a, FFIEC 009/009a)
  • Strong financial market knowledge of fixed income, capital markets and banking products
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized.
  • Pro-active problem-solver who works well in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentation development
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • Comfortable navigating complex, highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing both internally and externally
  • CPA or CFA preferred.
