Description
The Platform Specialist will be a hands-on and a client-facing Account Manager, growing and developing strategic accounts across the Turkish market. You will deliver by providing recommendations to clients on how to best optimise their campaigns to achieve their business goals whilst also forging positive and long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the Client Partners who act as our frontline business development team. You will also liaise with regional colleagues and other key stakeholders, such as marketing and product, providing updates and insights around market sentiment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience within an Account Manager or client services role within advertising
  • Proven account management operations or other client facing sales support function experience
  • Strong experience in performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space
  • Demonstrable analytical skills are critical for this role
  • Fluency in Turkish language is ideal
Preferred Qualifications
  • You drive influence and have the strong ability to develop relationships and trust with your clients and peers
  • Demonstrable experience in or working with clients in Turkey is preferable
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, whether: in-person, video conference and/or via phone.
  • The ability to listen effectively, socialise ideas across functions and articulate business visions both internally and externally
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends, combined with the ability to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients best in market service
  • Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals. Quantify high-impact opportunities, make clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers
