Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role involving cloud-native architecture.
- Experience building machine learning solutions, utilizing various machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTMs, convolutional networks) and open-source frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience with applied Generative AI and full-stack development, particularly using Python.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs.
- Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps including automation with IaC (e.g., using Terraform).
- Experience training and fine tuning models in large-scale environments (e.g., image, language, recommendation) with accelerators.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
