Responsibilities:
- Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives.
- Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.
- Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel.
- Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally.
- Conduct technology roadmap alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will understand the semiconductor market and know how to forecast.
- Have current experience in peer companies within the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.
- Also willing to accept semiconductor backend industry experience.
- Has basic negotiation sense and analytical skills.
- Must have financial/business savvy.
- Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
- Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives.
- Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment.
- Experience working with Global customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
