Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions that will improve digital customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical leads to facilitate issue resolution, scope negotiation, and strong collaboration on initiatives
Develop a strong understanding of the technologies and business areas you support and be able to serve as a proxy for business counterparts as needed
Support the eCommerce and Portal IT roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities and ability to articulate clear justification and business benefit for prioritized scope
Oversee project execution and vendor performance; and support project activities as needed including requirements gathering, testing prep and execution, defect triage, and hypercare.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence for the digital customer experience IT portfolio
Key requirements:
3+ years of strong project management skills, preferably in IT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related fields
Knowledge of Agile processes & JIRA experience is nice to have
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, strong critical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills
