Description
Responsibilities include managing cross-functional relationships and partnerships while representing the design team. The Design Producer will lead design brainstorms and workshops, run meetings, and design reviews, while gathering key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes. They will track and report project health on a weekly basis, including communicating status and impending or projected results.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a producer in software design (in-house or digital creative agency)
  • Experience leading and driving consumer-facing design initiatives
  • Thorough understanding of UX/UI ideation, execution, and delivery processes
  • Thorough understanding of desktop and native mobile design best practices
  • Proven track record to meet deadlines and get results while juggling many projects and priorities
  • Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to constant change
Preferred Qualifications
  • A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers
  • Proficient with Keynote and Numbers
  • Basic Sketch and/or Photoshop knowledge
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
