Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, contact center, data analytic or order verification role
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English. Strong written and verbal communications
  • Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
