1-2 years experience in a customer service, contact center, data analytic or order verification role
Proficiency in Japanese and English. Strong written and verbal communications
Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
