You will develop customer relationships, assist customer retention and drive the growth of revenue.

• Be responsible for the game promotion via push notifications and emails
• Build push campaigns and send pushes using One Signal platform
• Monitor push dashboards, check the KPI and try to increase them
• Make AB tests with pushes to increase the push open rate and other KPIs
• Create reports/presentation about weekly/monthly results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate copies, to create art, to get all the details about the features and other in-game activities

• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, multitask and learn quickly
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of a problem-solving approach
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with customers and internal teams
• Results-oriented and metric-driven
• Interest in new technologies as well as industry trends
• Positive attitude to new approaches, collaboration, and being a team player

• Experience as a support specialist/CRM specialist
• Passion for mobile games
• Russian language skills
