Responsibilities
- Craft custom and effective Game Monetization Strategy, aligning it with the Game economy
- Planning seasonal campaigns and sales to boost our Game revenue
- Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs
- Manage day-to-day promotional activity as well as ongoing optimization
- Find new monetization opportunities in new products, offerings or partners and recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
- Continually test, innovate and iterate on-going programs
- Coordinate with designers and creative team to execute monthly events and promotions across all of our game platforms
- Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
Requirements
- Proven analytical competencies
- Advanced expertise and experience in working with A/B testing in monetization
- Advanced expertise and experience in automating data workflows using macros and formulas or other tools
- Proven experience in audience segmentation
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects
- Interest in mobile games
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
