We are looking for afor an advanced facilities client, based out of our
Toronto, ON office. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will advice and assist client’s Construction Manager with construction related matters. You will coordinate Jacobs design and construction team with respect to construction activities, site instructions (SI), Request of Information (RFI), Construction Directives (CD). You will be responsible for the co-ordination of all construction installation to meet clients regulatory and local government requirements.
You will overview overall construction management (day-to-day), constructability and execution of construction activities so that project objectives are achieved within timescale, budget and are technically compliant. You will assist in permitting, review construction schedule, payment certification during construction, If you’re up for the challenge, we’ve been looking for someone just like you. - University degree or Engineering technology diploma or demonstrated experience
- Minimum of 10 years construction administration experience is required
- 5 years demonstrated experience in complex Industrial / Municipal Building project delivery
- You are resourceful, independent, and willing to go the extra mile to gain satisfaction in implementing an excellent project.
