You must have: - Engineering and heavy construction experience in municipal waste water facilities - Contract administration of large and complex infrastructure projects, 35M+ - Strong knowledge of means and methods of construction for different waste water processes - Proven track record of delivering heavy construction projects on time and within budget - Demonstrated ability to direct and/ or supervise project teams comprised of 5+ staff - Foresight and balanced judgement in anticipating and solving problems during construction. - Worked as owner's representative in managing construction contracts including: acting as primary point of contract, preparing payments, change orders, time extensions, and certificates of completion. - Performedty, tendering, schedule, and budget reviews atn phases of the project. - Valid driver’s license and a car to drive to the sites - Ability to work at heights.
- University degree or Engineering technology diploma or demonstrated experience- 10+ years construction administration experience is required; prior experience on municipal Wastewater facilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors
- Ability to tolerate outdoors weather conditions in summer and winter.
- Experience working in the GTA is strongly preferred
