Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality customer-facing training programs, e-learning courses, video tutorials, interactive simulations, and certification paths using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia .
  • Work with Elementor’s support, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with product updates and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the instructional design process — including needs analysis, learning strategy, storyboarding, development, and testing.
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve learning content using LMS platforms and other content delivery tools.
  • Use learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on learning solutions.
  • Collaborate on localization and scaling efforts to support global audiences.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer , preferably in a tech, SaaS, or product-oriented environment.
  • Hands-on experience creating educational content for customers, such as how-to guides, tutorials, onboarding materials, or video scripts — even as part of personal projects or internships.
  • Basic proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or Snagit – required.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and knowledge of Elementor – strong advantage.
  • Some experience or familiarity with building websites using Elementor – an advantage.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI tools for instructional design and content creation – an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-focused learning content.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., support, product, marketing) – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve learning effectiveness – a plus.
