As a guide Lead Field Service Fire Alarm Technician here atHoneywell, you will be the technical expert and guide in fire alarm fieldservice operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex fire alarmprojects, providing technical expertise and facilitating to ensure successfulimplementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will beput to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotelyand on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you willwork out of our El Paso, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In thisrole, you will have a significant impact on the success of our fire alarm fieldservice operations. You will be accountable for guiding a team of technicians,providing guidance and facilitating to resolve complex customer issues, anddriving improvements in our service processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide and manage a team of fire alarm technicians to provideadvanced field service facilitate for fire alarm projects
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and executeproject plans
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team insolving complex fire alarm issues
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatoryrequirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance serviceprocesses and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in fire alarm fieldservice or related roles
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire alarmsystems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and people-oriented skills
  • Must beable to travel out of town most of the work is in the South east corner of NewMexico.
  • Musthave current FAL and ES3J to work in Texas and New Mexico
  • Musthave extensive knowledge of programming Fire Alarm Panels of all differentmanufacturers types
