You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you willwork out of our El Paso, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule. In thisrole, you will have a significant impact on the success of our fire alarm fieldservice operations. You will be accountable for guiding a team of technicians,providing guidance and facilitating to resolve complex customer issues, anddriving improvements in our service processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and manage a team of fire alarm technicians to provideadvanced field service facilitate for fire alarm projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and executeproject plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team insolving complex fire alarm issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatoryrequirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance serviceprocesses and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in fire alarm fieldservice or related roles
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire alarmsystems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and people-oriented skills
- Must beable to travel out of town most of the work is in the South east corner of NewMexico.
- Musthave current FAL and ES3J to work in Texas and New Mexico
- Musthave extensive knowledge of programming Fire Alarm Panels of all differentmanufacturers types
