Global Supply Planner
— Pairing with GMP to manage the supply planning activities in the regional scope responsible, supporting to form the optimized E2E supply network plan for the value stream
— Execute supply planning S&OP process, contribute in process optimization and as the backup for GMP
You are responsible for
Development and Maintenance of Supply Chain Processes and Procedures: Responsible for developing and maintaining supply chain processes and procedures to ensure the achievement of supply chain objectives.
Data Analysis and Improvement: Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
Cross Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the attainment of supply chain goals.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Oversight of Production Planning, Transportation, and Warehousing: Oversee production planning, transportation, and warehousing.
Collaboration with Sales and Finance Departments: Work with sales and finance departments to forecast demand and budget.
Risk Management: Conduct risk management for supply chain contracts and agreements.
Inventory Control: Control company inventory levels to ensure the realization of business objectives.
Problem Solving: Resolve any supply chain related issues or complaints that arise.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification in business, supply chain management or operations management preferred
Experienced in managing multiple areas of supply chain such a planning, scheduling, logistics, warehousing and inventory management, network design, etc.
Excellent language skill in English speaking, reading, writing
Strong command of windows and office software
