The Technical Lead/L3 (Infrastructure) is a senior-level technical role responsible for providing expert leadership, guidance, and support to the organization’s infrastructure operations and engineering teams. This position requires deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, architecture design principles, and a strong focus on technical excellence and continuous improvement.. You will need to visit the domestic client’s offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.

Responsibilities:
The Technical Lead/L3 (Infrastructure) will play a critical role in driving technical excellence within the infrastructure domain, leveraging their deep expertise, leadership abilities, and commitment to continuous improvement. This position requires a unique combination of technical depth, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and guide teams towards successful delivery of infrastructure solutions
Provide technical leadership and oversight to infrastructure teams (server, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud)
Design, implement, and optimize complex infrastructure solutions aligned with architectural standards
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot intricate infrastructure issues, proposing and implementing solutions
Mentor and upskill infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new infrastructure technologies and automation solutions
Ensure adherence to IT service management processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and operations roles
  • Expert-level knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud)
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture design principles and best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Proven mentoring and leadership skills


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Required Education:-
    BE / B. Tech Computer Science, MCA or Equivalent / higher Qualification.
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
