What You’ll Do

As a crucial part of SAP's total solution delivery strategy, SAP Services focuses on the overall success of customers' SAP solutions.
Participation in sales cycles

• Assist our colleagues and our service sales teams in preparing services deals by providing input on implementation planning, milestone plans or customer presentations.
• Project delivery
• You get insights how we set-up and lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.
• During implementations, support our project managers on their services relationship, steering committee preparation and project office, between customer, partner and SAP.
• One important task will be to support our delivery organization in setting up and monitor running engagements regarding forecast and status
• Willingness to travel, mainly within Switzerland.

What you bring

You are studying in any Master's degree, preferably in finance, commerce, engineering, information technologies or equivalent training

• You had first touch points on project management methodologies, and you are interested to understand how business software can be implemented to support business processes.
• You bring a proactive attitude in learning new skills and supporting our team and other stakeholders for our customer success.
• You are a team player: Your ability to build strong relationships in the organization. Being motivated to influence others to deliver consistently their best work.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills – fluent German and English, another language, especially French, could be beneficial

Work experience:

• No work experience is expected. However, a clear idea why you want to come to us and what are your expectation after your studies is a must.
• First touch point with SAP software or any other business software is an advantage.
• Demonstrate your interest to learn, engage and support our team in the daily business – internal and at the customer.
