You are responsible for:
Leading the RI Delivery units for Central Europe, with a scope of >20mEUR revenue p.a. and > 40 headcount.
Driving RI Implementation strategy for Central Europe, aligned with business strategy and in strong collaboration with EI RI Implementation Europe Leadership team.
Leading multiple teams of Project Managers, Technical Consultants and Clinical Process Consultants and ensure adherence to standardized solution delivery processes and provide flawless customer experience.
Managing the Implementation Delivery processes for Radiology Informatics in Central Europe, ensure with your teams that our RI solutions are delivered according to scope, quality, budget and time.
Developing short, mid and long term plans that supports business expectations on margin including reducing/eliminating physical intervention, automating entitlement management & clean install base w/ digital updates.
Ensuring cost performance and optimization by driving KPIs such as resource utilization, rate by role/skill level, project costing/re-calculation.
Oversee and manage critical projects and escalated accounts, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions)
Develop proposals on how to improve processes and procedures proactively in the interest of continuous improvement
Establish a powerful and competitive RI Implementation delivery unit for Central Europe that is growing in a profitable way
Manage workforce and resource management to establish a strong delivery team with right level of capability and capacity
You are part of:
Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation Europe and China organization. You will report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader Europe and China. You will join an inspiring team that has the goal to strengthen and drive performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within Europe and China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
8+ years of work experience in the healthcare area in DACH, including P&L responsibility
A degree/qualification in software engineering, business engineering or equivalent
Proven skills in an IT (software / hardware) professional services area
Experience as a people manager role, ideally across different countries/markets
Proven track record in successful transformation of delivery processes and teams
Relevant experience with improvement projects for software delivery projects meeting time, budget & quality as well as for managed services quality
Comprehensive understanding of “people business” which includes the management for key skills in project, solutions and services business as well as continuous professionalization across the entire resource base
Strong analytical and problem Solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in German and English; further languages beneficial.
