Your key responsibilities
- Interact with technology product managers, user experience designers and business analysts to develop an exciting product and associated user experience.
- Establish robust business cases for technology products, helping to ensure capabilities are developed to create value for EY, enhance the EY user and client experience, enable high quality audits and realise efficiencies.
- Collaborate with EY's internal methodology and certification teams to understand how your products can fit within EY Audit and Assurance methodologies and standards.
- Build a relationship with your technology counterpart, to ensure that the technology products envisaged are designed and developed in a robust and scalable way.
- Spend time with pilot teams to understand their journey through the product.
- Manage successful deployment and activation – as well as monitoring and measurement of product releases and gathering of user and client feedback.
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of associated services and drive ongoing iteration of future product upgrades and releases.
Skills and attributes for success

- Prior experience of working in an Assurance role or alongside accountants / auditors – providing you with an understanding of accounting processes, activities, risks, and data.
- Excellent project or product management skills, with proven ability to lead teams.
- Experience in presenting technology and its values to clients, with an ability to articulate strategic objectives and technical detail.
- Strong attention to detail, as is required in a regulated business environment.
- Curiosity for topics such as user experience design, emerging technologies, and innovation, and the ability to apply knowledge and learnings in a way that improves the quality and connectivity of work.
