As a sales specialist – converter market you will primarily, manage sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance.This role requires you to work closely with the end accounts/OEMs in the assigned region along with the converters from conceptualizing stage to delivery stage.

Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any Discipline) Science/Engineering – Preferred
• Total Eight (6) years or more experience in sales/business development in relevant field
• Currently handling electronics customers in the assigned region.
• Good understanding of the converter market would be an added benefit.
