Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customers IT and business executives
Work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes
Analyze key business and IT requirements in the BTS Asset Management/MRO area (with particular focus on Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services as well as topics like Spare Parts Planning)
Develop strategic roadmaps for the Asset Management and Aftermarket area encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state
Identify improvement potentials within the Asset Management and Aftermarket area (with particular focus on Federal and Defense industrial base customers)
Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation - able to lead customer engagements at an executive level
Proven excellent knowledge in complex Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul as well as Asset Management processes and deep implementation knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and cloud solutions for MRO (in Federal and/or Defense industrial base customers)
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives
8+ years of SAP solution experience, 5+ years management consulting experience
10+ years of solution and/or architecture (business & IT) experience
