• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in digital technologies and Generative AI space, recommending innovative solutions to enhance field performance and customer experience
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify the process pain points and automation use cases
• Align with third party technology vendors to understand technology applications and relevance with use cases
• Develop and execute a comprehensive pilot plan for testing and validating digital tools, including defining success criteria, identifying pilot participants, and coordinating pilot activities
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital tools during the pilot phase, gathering feedback and insights from users, and making necessary adjustments to improve functionality and user experience.
• Develop and implement a rollout strategy for successful digital tool adoption across the organization, ensuring proper training and handholding.
• Support initiatives to ensure accelerated adoption of digital tools and ensure quick value realization by users
• Present findings and results in a compelling and engaging manner, effectively communicating the impact of digital modalities initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align technology initiatives with broader business strategies

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to autonomously manage a specific task/workstream/project with minimal support and operational handholding
• Proficiency in handling dynamic scenarios/requests, prioritizing and meeting demanding timelines.
• Strong quantitative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging advanced features to be able to produce high quality presentations and analytics (using MS Excel or other analytics tools)
