Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in advertising, sales/operations management, or planning in retail, finance, or travel.
Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement, including executive or C-level customers, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver results for clients.
Knowledge in one or more key industries (e.g., retail, finance, or travel).
Knowledge of performance and branding advertising and traditional/contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, including GMP, and the key competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising, including retail media, programmatic exchanges, TV, social media and online marketplaces/OTA.
