Expected start date to end date: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 (with possibility of extension)

• Project Management - supporting and executing projects (internal/external)
• Stakeholder Management - building strong and powerful relationships, both externally and internally.
• Admin work such as, but not limited to - planning and coordinating meetings and logistics, managing the SAP EMEA AI Officer’s calendar, or flawlessly executing expenses and bookings (flights, hotels, restaurants, venues, etc.).
• Support the team with requested reports and keep data and visuals organized
• Research , coordinate, and schedule events

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Student enrolled in a university : You are currently pursuing your studies at a university with a preference for business or IT-related fields.
• Strong communication skills : You possess good communication skills in English at a C1 level.
• Analytical abilities : You have analytical capabilities and an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with project management : You are familiar with project management concepts.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented : You enjoy taking initiative and ownership.
• Strengths : Your strengths include proactivity, flexibility, and creativity.
• International environment: An understanding of the corporate world and experience with international virtual environments are pluses.
