What you'll do:

Expected start date to end date: June 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025

In this role, you'll:

· Work on a Master Thesis about a topic around the broader theme of "Modeling Process-Level Interactions using the Concepts of Object-Centric Process Mining".

· Contribute to long-term product innovation in the realm of Business Process Intelligence, one of the most exciting topics in the current B2B software.

· Work with a great degree of independence but have regular exchanges with experts from a range of different disciplines, such as researchers, product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

· You are a student of Computer Science.

· You are fluent in English (written and spoken) - at least B2 level.

· You have strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ideally, you are interested in working with SAP in the long run.

You have the following required skills:

· Good knowledge of at least one programming languages: You are familiar with Python, and you are able to create JavaScript-based user interfaces

· Basic knowledge of version control software, test-driven development, and business process management.

· Basic knowledge of logic, knowledge representation, and reasoning.

· Good knowledge of process mining, specifically, object-centric process mining.

· Good scientific writing skills.
