In this role, you will be responsible for managing the conversational AI product strategy and implementation at the bank. This includes virtual assistant, voice assistants chatbots, IVR, search, and generative AI.Skills include:
- Communicate to executive audience
- Facilitate multiple stakeholders (Operations, Risk, Security, Tech, Legal, etc.)
- Industry / market research
- Vendor relationship management
- Technology POT / POC assessment
- Building & implementing virtual assistants
- Kore.AI experience (ideal)
Job Description
  • Directs strategic planning team to execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development.
  • Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Defines and oversees the resources for each assigned strategic initiative. Manages the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense and other business objectives are met. May define, monitor and use service metrics to assess performance.
  • Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Builds winning teams by providing effective leadership, management and development of employees.

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
