Job Description

Our role in the Product Enablement team manages the software lifecycle of the Elavon Ingenico solution. We work closely with Ingenico from requirements analysis to software delivery, pilot preparation and software rollout. We also work with many internal teams to introduce new products and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with team to implement software updates on Ingenico range
  • Monitor and analyse pilot results
  • Prepare and maintain training documentation – translation from English to Polish support
  • Attend project meetings and record outcomes and assign actions.
  • Learn and understand the Elavon payment application, transaction and terminal lifecycle
  • Support internal teams and deployment vendors on product related queries.

Basic qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degreeBusiness/Technologywith a target completion date of May 2026/2027
  • Ability to start the summer internship program on 1 July 2025
  • English level C1 and request for English CV only
  • Attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of financial and technology
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
