Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
Experience with writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents and Statements of work for professional services engagements, or other contracts for technology services.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft complex customer contracts for large technology services businesses.
Experience in Vendor Management.
Experience with advising on the legal implications of contract terms and conditions.
Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Experience with process improvement and automation.
Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders and to be detailed- and process-oriented.
