Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following:.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
- Experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
- Experience in writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents and statements of work for professional services engagements or other agreements for technology services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Vendor Management.
- Experience with process improvement and automation.
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft complex customer agreements for large technology services businesses.
- Experience in advising on the legal implications of agreement terms and conditions.
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders, detailed and process-oriented.
