Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5-9 years of software development & Product Management Experience
• Proficiency in product management principles, including market analysis, product roadmap development, feature prioritisation, and stakeholder management, is essential for effectively managing the testing portfolio.
• Understanding of Technologies Such as : AI methodologies, software development lifecycle, quality assurance
• processes, and relevant technologies, also experience with Programming Languages such as Java, C/C++, PL/1, Assembler, Ansible, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Ruby, Rust, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition of AIOps solutions,
• Communicate product requirements, and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and incorporate customer
• insights into the development and enhancement of AIOps solutions to ensure
• customer satisfaction.
• Proficient project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and execute
• initiatives, manage resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals”

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Prior experience with operations products and/or IBM Z software products is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is advantageous.
