Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy, Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for the oncology portfolio.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, goals, and priorities.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-market surveillance.
Develop and implement strategies for product differentiation and market expansion.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize commercial success.
Go-To-Market Commercialization:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, reimbursement, and market access plans.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and educational materials.
Engage with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups to build product awareness and support.
Alliance Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners, ensuring strong and effective collaboration.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including milestones, deliverables, and financials.
Coordinate with alliance partners on joint commercialization activities.
Maintain clear and open communication with alliance partners to align on strategy and objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams collaboration, including Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and successful business delivery.
Communicate product goals, strategies, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Compliance & Regulatory:
Ensure all product activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs to navigate the regulatory landscape and secure product approvals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on oncology.
Proven track record as a Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager
Demonstrated success in launching and managing oncology products.
Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic areas and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with growth and be-agile mindset.
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
