Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Project management and overall support in TS team

Key Responsibilities:

  • POS related
  • Participate POS allocation meeting and KSR meeting understand ground rules.
  • Collect POS wish list from Acct Sales and consolidate and give out reports
  • Discuss with internal Teams on POS Allocation according to aligned rules for result
  • Follow up with the aligned result on POS allocation communicate back to A.M
  • Deal with conflict case communicate with ASM and MM and come back for solution
  • Monitor POS opening / upgrade status for progress and compliance.
  • Assist to conduct cross functional communication and alignment
  • Project related

  • CRM Project and Retail Activation Project
  • TS budget planning and business plan
  • Overall business performance review

Retail planning

  • Store allocation process management
  • Store portfolio management (new/upgrade/closure tracking)
  • Key store open process support and coordination
  • Competitor retail expansion info collection

Business planning and tracking

  • Assist senior sales director in business planning including annual SBP and monthly RFC
  • Monitor business KPI on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis by different lens and raise the flag where comes the issue
  • Based on company strategy or initiative, set up short term target/evaluation scheme/incentive plan, and track result on regular basis

Other tasks

  • Assist presentation preparation (SMT business review, TM QBR, channel meeting etc.)
  • Support other ad hoc business analysis
  • Other tasks need HQ coordination

  • Strong sense of logical thinking and strategic thinking
  • Strong process and project management skills – organized approach but also able to be flexible to meet changing needs
  • Solid business sense and analytic/critical-thinking skills – able to solve problems using both conventional judgment and ad-hoc analysis;
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to handle multiple projects across various topics at the same time;
  • Data analysis skills, planning skills
  • Good ability in presentation
  • Communication skills, relationship management, Negotiation skills
  • Sales skills and customer service knowledge

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in Sales , Consultant or Project office
  • Strong communication and influence skill
  • Good analysis and Solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
  • University degree
