As a Program Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for budget management, including forecasting and reporting, handling the procurement process, donation requests, and contracts. You’ll also contribute to the development of university facilities. Your duties include defining project scope and budget, reviewing architecture and detail design, formulating and executing project plans, and guiding cross-functional project teams. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you’ll have frequent interactions with Apple and third parties. You’ll expertly work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction.The Program Operations Lead will be required to travel domestically within Indonesia, as well as undertake some international travel to academies in other regions.
  • Finance qualification, or similar job-related experience covering budget management, quarterly forecasting, and reporting.
  • Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management.
  • Ability to analyse data, documentation, and communicate key findings to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to create project plans and handle tight deadlines is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English is required.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); frequent communication with international stakeholders is required.
  • Experience in Audit or a similar Business Assurance function.
  • Experience with running complex projects.
  • Experience with Contracts and Procurement management.
  • Experience leading implementation challenges in the area of architectural, design, integration, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in educational training programs.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS X, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Apple internal systems is a plus.
