Your key responsibilities
- Consult with our Talent Centres of Excellence such as Enablement, DE&I, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Talent Project Delivery to understand their strategic imperatives. Provides exceptional service by being connected, responsive and Insightful. Understands their needs and business questions to determine the analysis and deliverables.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders (including Global Talent Insights & Analytics) to keep on the pulse of what is important to business and build relevant analysis and interpretation.
- Establish credibility by demonstrating an understanding and keeping current on people analytic trends, research and tools. Generates innovative ideas to employ in deliverables.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business/Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or related fields
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant business experience working with data within a medium, to large organisation
- Strong HR functional background and extensive knowledge of HR processes and systems related to people data
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proven relevant experience in understanding People data analysis and reporting
- Experience applying statistical methods such as linear and logistic regression
- Proficiency with at least one data visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau or others
- Certification in Data analytics and/or Data visualisation would be beneficial though not essential.
