A Typical Day
- As a thought partner to the leaders, strategically align their calendars with their top priorities and in-turn key internal stakeholders
- Lead complex projects and initiatives that go beyond the scope of typical administrative work.
- Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. company executives, finance leadership, vendors, executive candidates, internal partners)
- Manage end-to-end activities related to internal/external board, committee and advisory commitments
- Assist and/or own content creation including drafting emails and creating presentations in Keynote, Google Slides, Gmail, advanced travel and expense management, and meeting preparation/follow up.
- Serve as a catalyst to support scheduling needs, spontaneous inquiries/requests, that accommodate multiple timezones
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, activities, recognition, and host external stakeholders
- Strong partnership with talent leaders, internal/external comms, and recruiting for org effectiveness
- Act as a coach and dotted line support to other admins (where applicable). This includes meeting with functional admins on a regular basis, providing guidance and sharing resources to support their day to day tasks and growth and development

Your Expertise
- Demonstrated relevant experience in supporting leaders at an executive administrative capacity in global, tech, product, or similar industries/sectors.
- Previous experience in high growth fast paced environment strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic, proactive, exhibits positivity, ability to navigate through ambiguity with professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication for a business audience and is adaptable when receiving/giving feedback, navigating conflict with curiosity and diplomacy
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships through presence, collaboration, while remaining calm under pressure
- Incredibly organized and resourceful; able to juggle and multi-task, being flexible and creative with an acute attention to detail and follow through
- Advanced presentation skills (Keynote - preferred, Google Suite including Docs, Slides, Sheets, MS Excel) and grasp of current social networking systems
- Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices
- Travel may be required
Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant will need to be based in California to be able to conduct their work.
