Job Description:

The Business HR Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the development and implementation of HR initiatives that foster a positive work environment and promote the company's goals.

• Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR insights and solutions to support business objectives.
• Talent Management : Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Employee Relations : Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management : Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on performance improvement and career development.
• Organizational Development : Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture transformation, and employee engagement programs.
• Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leaders.
