Ethics & Compliance:
- Provide strategic advice on complex compliance issues across the Middle East region and global operations
- Support and strengthen compliance programs within Middle East operations
- Lead internal investigations
- Deliver guidance on ethics and compliance laws across U.S., U.K., and Middle East jurisdictions
Claims & Litigation:
- Manage complex claims, litigation, and outside counsel
- Collaborate with senior management on litigation risk management
- Handle high-stakes lawsuits with strategic problem-solving approach
- Interface with finance leaders and insurance carriers
Here's what you'll need
Required Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited institution with an active license to practice
- Arabic speaking capabilities
- 7+ years of legal experience in either:
- Ethics and compliance, government investigations, or white-collar criminal defense
- Litigation management
- Proven track record in compliance strategy implementation or commercial claims management
- Experience handling complex litigation and professional liability matters
- Strong knowledge of construction law and insurance-related issues
- Ability to travel as needed

- Background in joint venture or consortium litigation
- Based in Middle East (Dubai preferred) - Local position, not an expatriate role
- Reports to VP, Deputy General Counsel, Global Ethics and Compliance (primary) and VP, Deputy General Counsel, Global Litigation (secondary)
